Nightmare
Lived here a while. Property has several incomplete renovation projects going at once and it's like the owner ran out of money. Been here for two different property management companies and I still have broken things in my unit from years ago. Second company is slight better, but their hands are tied on repairs if the place is a money pit and the owner hasn't gotten any. There is a whole area that becomes a swamp mixing with sewage in front of the back mailboxes every hard rain. And a 2bed 2bath... is 864sqft. Word of advice: if the owner can't finish funding a reno project then what makes you think anything other than the stove or ac will be fixed. Only some units have dishwasher and they don't have a maintenance team that knows how to fix them. The pool spends most of the summer and year closed. Some doors are blue some are still the old clay color. Some shingles are new and they are already falling off. Most shingles are old with holes in some places to where birds and bees have moved in. The parking lot is a pothole heaven. There is heavy marijuana use among the people here and people are always breaking into the mailboxes. Some of the landings for the stairs are rotting out so prospect beware.
