Awful management and nightmare conditions
The worst apartment I've ever has the misery of living in. The management is either inept or callous. They will never help you with anything other than malfunctions- and even then poorly. Noise complaints and harassment, they couldn't care less. I've been tormented by awful neighbors for almost SIX MONTHS now. Broken cars in the parking lo, trash overfilling every dumpster. Unending construction that has caused nothing but traffic jams, potholes, and power outages. Awful internet that hasn't... been fixed after years of calling the service provider. My AC breaks at least once a month now. They lie about not allowing aggressive dog breeds I've had people selling drugs and beating women right outside of my stairs. Recently they forced residents to pack all of their belongings by themselves just so they can remodel each unit- but just a couple of days ago they also slapped on these hideous magnetic smoke detectors and sprayers above the stove which made all of the time and effort of the remodeling useless, and now I'm too scared to cook because if I move the smoke detectors I'm "in violation on my lease." What apparently isn't a violation of the lease is making as much noise as you want at midnight and 2am in the morning, and the apartment has done nothing. They don't care that I've had to call in sick from my part time job and not get paid because of lack of sleep and exhaustion. I've even called the police for help, but they said that's the apartment's job. Everyone who works here is rude and incompetent. Avoid this place like the plague.
