Crossings on Marsh Apartments

The worst apartment I've ever has the misery of living in. The management is either inept or callous. They will never help you with anything other than malfunctions- and even then poorly. Noise complaints and harassment, they couldn't care less. I've been tormented by awful neighbors for almost SIX MONTHS now. Broken cars in the parking lo, trash overfilling every dumpster. Unending construction that has caused nothing but traffic jams, potholes, and power outages. Awful internet that hasn't... been fixed after years of calling the service provider. My AC breaks at least once a month now. They lie about not allowing aggressive dog breeds I've had people selling drugs and beating women right outside of my stairs. Recently they forced residents to pack all of their belongings by themselves just so they can remodel each unit- but just a couple of days ago they also slapped on these hideous magnetic smoke detectors and sprayers above the stove which made all of the time and effort of the remodeling useless, and now I'm too scared to cook because if I move the smoke detectors I'm "in violation on my lease." What apparently isn't a violation of the lease is making as much noise as you want at midnight and 2am in the morning, and the apartment has done nothing. They don't care that I've had to call in sick from my part time job and not get paid because of lack of sleep and exhaustion. I've even called the police for help, but they said that's the apartment's job. Everyone who works here is rude and incompetent. Avoid this place like the plague. Lee mas

I just moved into my new apartment last week. Love the new fixtures, amenities and the community. Very professional management staff! Great place to live! 5 stars!

I lived at Crossings on Marsh for 8 years. The apartment itself was nice and had all the features I wanted with good open living room, sensible outlet/lightswitch placements, and plentiful counter space in restroom and kitchen etc.. The maintenance staff was always very quick to address any issues I had. One time I went to cook a pizza in the oven, and the oven had an issue that prevented it from working. I contacted maintenance and they came in and replaced the whole thing in less than an hour... so that I could still cook the same pizza in time for dinner! Lee mas

Me and my husband applied over a month ago and they never called me back regarding our status on renting an apartment. I had to call several times and DAN finally answered telling me someone else had taken the property. Then why did we even put down a deposit if there was someone before us in line? Anyways asked for the deposit to be refunded, over 30 days still no refund. I actually had to reach out directly to the property manager who gave... me some bs story about the system being down??? I will be calling every day until my $150 is returned. No not apply here!!! Very, very unprofessional and poorly managed. Lee mas

Management is horrible and unprofessional. Staff is unresponsive and slow to respond to your issues. Apartments are old and location is dirty - trash everywhere.
