Like all apartments, its not perfect but its close. The mystery leaking during big rains is bothersome, however what is great is the staff. I have business and appreciate good staff, they make my life easier and I know if my daughter needs something they are there to help. The location truly is fantastic for SMU, we looked at all of the housing close by and we can say this is better than some of the more expensive choices by far. Now that the pool is back, my daughter says its close to… perfect!

The team is phenomenal- warm, friendly and professional. They often go out of their way to offer help.. not just waiting to be asked. Joe made us feel at home in our first visit.
