My time in the Flatiron District in has been great so far! Since the new management company has taken over, they've made so many improvements to the shared spaces & focused on improving the previously set reputation for having a poor response to maintenance requests. My requests have all been attended to with impressive speed & they make sure sure I'm content before closing out the request.

I have had multiple issues with my maintenance at my townhome. I put in a request and it always takes forever and when it is done it’s not done correctly. I have made multiple attempts via phone and in person but I never receive any resolution. My shoe resurfacing forced me to get a hotel for the night which has not been resolved.

This is a good location for me considering work, stores, recreation areas. There are nice pools that kids like to visit on summer. I appreciate some improvements and renovations being done by new owners. Unfortunately irresponsible neighbours spoil the overall experience by littering on stairs and other public areas, smoking around, not cleaning after their pets...
