Danger do not move here

There has been multiple shootings and people are getting their cars broken into and stolen. The complex is a very dirty dog poop everywhere even inside the hallways cigarette butts and trash all over the place.

Terrible Place To Live

I have lived here for almost a year now and cannot wait for my lease to be up. Things are quickly going downhill. For starters, tenants do not pick up their dogs poop or ANY trash for that matter. There is always plates of food, wrappers, beer cans, etc. in the hallways and elevators. I have reached out to the office to inquire about additional trash cans around the property so people aren't tempted to put there trash where ever they feel but there has never been a response. Secondly, the fire... alarms are constantly going off in the middle of the night. Third, there has recently been "incidents" (shootings) as they office manager calls it on property that has caused the property to feel very UNSAFE. They provide little to no additional information other than "security guards" being in the area for additional surveillance. On top of all of this, management comes into my apartment whenever they feel like it without notifying me that they will be there. Which is NEVER okay. When I brought this to the office managers attention feeling extremely unpleasant, she took zero accountability for her maintenance personnel entering my apartment more than once without permission and yet placed blame on outside vendors that required maintenance personnel for entry. The list could go on in terms of reasons to NOT live here. The environment is not safe or kept up. For the amount that you pay, I would at least want to feel SAFE. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

New management is horrible

Mirroring the recent reviews - New management is the WORST! This apartment was great under Olympus, but now I can't wait for my lease to end and move ASAP.

Maintenance of this building has gone significantly downhill, and they only seem to care about silly and pointless cosmetic changes. I sent an email to the leasing office about somebody's dog who pooped in my walkway to the pool, and yet here we are WEEKS later- and the same poop is still sitting on the pathway. Disgusting!

Dog owners do...
not pick up after their dogs, in the dog area or otherwise. Management sent one email that they were "checking cameras", and yet the dog area stays full of dog poop and trash.

The package system - if you can even call it that - is completely ridiculous. New management removed the Luxor keypad from the outside of package room to add lockers inside, yet didn't order enough to accommodate the package volume. So now we either have packages sitting on the shelf unattended, OR they lock the room and we have to wait for office hours to retrieve packages, which defeats the purpose.

Leasing manager is absolutely no help. I have made countless attempts to get an issue with my neighbor resolved -via email, phone, and in-person. Yet, I am still dealing with the same issues and have never received any follow-up.

The only positive is the leasing staff is friendly and seems to want to assist, but they can really only do but so much to help without management doing their job.

There are way nicer places for the money they are now charging since management changed. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Very disappointed!

Very disappointed in these apartments. I am currently a resident here and needed help getting into the apartment on Saturday. I call the after hour number 4 times and the onsite police number 3 times. Not a single call answered or returned... and it's been two days. Glad I didn't have a major water leak or something medical happening. Boyfriend called 3 the office 3 times again today and no answer. Doesn't make sense, why have a onsite police officer or an after hour number if you aren't going... to answer?

Most recent and ACCURATE review

The reviews below are outdated and no longer true. While the property is beautiful. Management went from a young hip millennial to an older lady whose main goal is reduce costs at the residents expense. So the fun parties have been reduced to cheaply thrown together lounge meetings. The "end of summer pool party" was grocery store pizza and beer.

If you are a BCD dental or hygiene student steer clear of this place because the lies told to get you to live her WILL affect your study schedule....

My first week living here I was towed because the staff failed to mention or give me a parking pass although I registered my car with my lease. I was reimbursed after missing classes to uber 30 minutes to a skechy lot.

Before moving in July 2017 I was sold on a 24 lounge area and 24 hour security guards (lie #1) and it being a cool, young professional apartment with free coffee machine and togo Starbucks cups. Perfect for a busy student right? It's now November/FINALS and it is the security guard's first week, his main job is to kick everyone out of the lounge at 10 pm. Which is the same time the library closes at school. When I inquired about the changes I was told to "study at home or at school" because they have been experiencing theft (probably because everyone knew there was no security guard). The coffee cups? GONE. Bring your own cup and hope the machine works. If it does work you may have to wait, because the staff uses the same machine. All in all, the only thing I still have that was promised is my cute apartment close to school that I'm confined to after 10pm. I was planning on living here 4 years but now I will just warn as many students as I can to try somewhere else.
