Fantastic Service – Grateful for the Quick Response!
This weekend, I lost power at my apartment, and I later found out that several other residents had the same issue. The weather was perfect, not too hot or cold, but since I work from home, being without electricity meant I had no computer or internet with which to see patients. I called the emergency maintenance line in a panic, explaining that the electric company sent someone out who determined that it wasn’t their problem.
I was truly impressed by how quickly our maintenance team responded.... Despite it being a beautiful weekend, they didn’t hesitate to jump into action, and within just a couple of hours, the issue was resolved, and we were all back online. I’m so grateful for their hard work and dedication. Huge thanks to the team for handling everything so efficiently and without any complaints!
