Section 8 nightmare / know your rights

Do not live here even as a last resort. The owner that lives in san antonio and is a ex doctor is a joke so is hes management. These apartments stink and have plenty of trash outside. The parking lot now looks like a open garage mechanic shop and people stealing cable off the actual people pay there ligit cable. He now started accepting housing and brought in very shady people. The owner thinks hes very organized but hes had various court dates with people filing lawsuits but they lose because... they dont have there rent paid to start off with. I will be filing a law suit under section sb1448 under repairs wish me luck.
