Future tenant

I have been to other places that were good and in a great area. Upon coming to Charter Oak, the staff is wonderful. Stephanie worked above and beyond to talk to me about what's required and made sure that I understood. I love honesty. I can't wait to move here. The convience to the grocery stores is a huge plus

First time renter

First of all, I'm grateful for finding charter oak and also grateful for Stephanie for assisting me through the process. Charter Oak is a great place to live, clean, quiet, and good neighbors. I have stores around, which I love so much. I definitely recommend this place.

A great place to live

I love this complex, I have had really bad experiences with apartments in DFW and this is the first positive one. The place is affordable but I don't feel like I'm sacrificing anything for that. Normally "affordable" means it's infested, the paint is peeling, cracks in the walls and the property isn't being maintained.

Definitely not here. I've been here a year and a half with minimal issue. I had one issue with my AC and they were incredibly quick to get it fixed. I didn't know it was... considered an emergency either, but they told me so I would be informed going forward. They clearly care about comfort instead of trying to sweep things under the rug.

Leah and Stefani are both so nice and easy to talk to. I call them up to bug them with little questions and they have the best personalities, very friendly! I don't feel rushed or like I'm a nuisance, they genuinely care about the people living here.

I love the smart home upgrade, it's convenient and gives me peace of mind when I'm sleeping. I think the location is good too, though that depends on what you're looking for. Across the street from a Kroger, the neighborhood is generally quiet, and you are close to the highway.

We Love charter Oaks

We Love charter Oaks apartments because they really care of the residents. And they 100 % update to replace all appliances and security our community and the staff manager’s are the best?? So we really can refer any of our friends and family. Thanks so much

Highly Recommend

Property is well kept and cared for. Units are updated and security system recently installed adds to my peace of mind. Management is caring and Awesome People. Lived here for 2 years and will miss living here and Euless. Highly Recommend.
