Manager charged us an extra month rent, kept $500 deposit
1-Krystal Dorman, manager, charged us November rent we gave her the keys of the apt. In October 23rd
2-She kept $500 deposit lying about damage that we noted in the first walk through page that it was already there, plus she didn’t want to prove her lies after we asked for the reasons, she ignored our e mails.
Many more things that I’m so disappointed about. She made our experience so bad.
She keeps reaching out acting like nothing happened asking why I gave her 1 star
