Just ask residents before you sign the lease
Krystal in manage is rude and makes up her own rules to fine you...When trash cans are not emptied on specified days and she wants residents to keep the trash in garage to create
rodent problem. We pay for pest control on lease but rare comes out if you dont follow up several times. I have had a cracked window in my unit day one of my move in and reported it and two years later management is still working on this repair. I also reported several times that my unit heat is not working properly... and unit is very cold and her response was, " go buy some wood and light your fireplace." Very unprofessional. Pools in the summer are more closed than open in the summer months. Entry gates never worked for residents and we have to manually punch code as if we were a visitor. Gates are often broken so not much privacy or security. No camera work around propetry, Krystal's response is always, "we are working on it... what else". Clearly she lacks customer service skills. She lives on property and lets her little white dog go to the restroom behind my unit and does not clean it up but sends letters out about fines for other residence dogs. She is not a very truthful person so beware before you sign a lease with Western Station Apartments (LivingJoy). This place use to have decent management at least now it really declined in the last year. A lot of the residents have moved and I understand why.
