Margo is a great community with incredible amenities and an inviting environment that welcomes kids, pets, and singles alike. There's plenty of space to relax and enjoy the home experience. It is located 2 minutes from DNT and has access to all of Frisco.

The Margo has 2 broken coffee machines and the common grounds are filthy they smell like urine …
It’s unfortunate that management is letting this location get this bad

Our stay at the Margo has been filled with numerous maintenance issues, to include HVAC being broken several times throughout our lease. Rent amount is not justified in poor quality, subpar living conditions.
