Been here for the past 8 months, never had issues with anyone be it parking, neighbors, furry friends. The place is quiet and peaceful with a beautiful community of great diverse people. If need be I'll live here

The maintenance here is right on the spot. They are friendly, polite, and willing to get it right. I appreciate the friendliness of the wave by each maintenance person when I was passing them in the car. I also think the office staff is great. They were always willing to help and get problems resolved.
