Don’t waste your money

They have changed property management companies twice since I have been here and each one cares about the tenets less and less. Shutting off water , gas, etc with NO NOTICE , and raising the rent to where I might as well be living in the woodlands! Just ridiculous

These apartments are the worst I ever lived in poor drainage ,loud noise all hours of the night, doors slamming, people blowing there horns, people racing cars, nobody ever answer the phone in the office people please don’t waist your time and money

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER!!!

if you care for your own safety and your car AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!! Management is useless rude and unprofessional. The crime rate has tripled in the 8 months I have lived here. Break-ins, stolen cars, all 4 tires of multiple vehicles and people getting shot at. Running away from this hell of a place as soon as my lease is up. Can't even trust my neighbors when packages are delivered to my place. DO NOT TRUST THE 5 STAR REVIEWS!!! THEY ARE ALL LIES!!

Cheating resdent out of money.....

I was told the leasing office will no longer be accepting money orders and checks and we would be charged $4 for paying our rent I went to Walmart And was told it's 2 dollar charge to make a payment but The payment would not go through when the cash added to extra $2 it did go through but she did not know why I had to pay the extra $2 so I realized the apartment is charging an extra $2 so you would pay $2 at Walmart plus another $2 which goes to the apartment cheating people out of money a lot... of nickel and diming would not recommend this place
