With my lease almost coming to an end I would rate my whole experience a 3. Starting with the application process that was a no brainer Alyssa was very helpful and contacted me thru the whole process. Next the move in process also a breeze was able to pick up my keys from Alyssa now the apartment was something else does it look like it’s advertised yes was there some problems yes. First problem was 3 walls in my apartment plug outlets did not work so if there 2 outlets on each wall 6 outlets was... not working. It took them 3 weeks to fix this problem not because they had to wait on a 3rd party but office staff kept dropping the ball. Second problem was they have ants bad you can leave the littlest crumb and ants will be all In your apartment. To give them credit once I reached out they did come seal my baseboard. Still got ants. Maintenance staff 10/10 very friendly. Last but not least outside of Alyssa the rest of staff lacks communication skills says they will call but doesn’t.

That said, we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. The delay in addressing the electrical outlet repairs and the lack of consistent communication from our office team are not the standards we strive for. Your feedback highlights areas where we clearly need to improve, and we are addressing this internally to ensure better follow-through and responsiveness moving forward.
We also understand how frustrating the pest issue has been. While we’re glad our team was able to respond and take steps like sealing the baseboards, we recognize that the problem was not fully resolved to your satisfaction. This is something we take seriously and will continue working to improve.
