I haven’t currently moved in yet but I’ll be moving in soon…but my experience from the time I have walked in the door to view the property has been nothing but top tier…Alyssa has been more than helpful…she is easy going, pleasant and very patient…I really appreciate her assistance! Great community , kids are safe and able to play and enjoy themselves among the adults. The community events are always special and heartfelt,& food trucks come through the week which is amazing! this place takes the time to bring everyone together and have nice things for us and the staff is phenomenal and so kind and helpful. If you don’t have a village this is the place to build one.

Absolutely love living at Prose South Main! From the moment I toured the property, I knew it was the perfect fit. The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed — tons of natural light, high-end finishes, and a super comfortable atmosphere.
The amenities are amazing — the pool, gym, and community spaces are always clean and well-maintained. It really feels like a resort! The location is unbeatable too — close to great restaurants, shops, and everything you could need.

I’m loving it here. Nice environment. Amazing leasing office staff. Nice gym, pool and great maintenance team. The best apartment I have stayed in so far.
