Don’t move in
If I could give zero I would. Unfortunately the move out experience colored the almost 3 years I spent there. The most unprofessional team, who charged me almost $600 in move out “damages” if you read the most recent reviews you will see I am not the first person to have a similar issue. I’ve lived in 4 different apt complexes in Houston and have never been charged anywhere close. Their definition of wear and tear is not the norm. I would never live here again and would never suggest it. I never... complained of the fire alarms, break ins, elevators constantly down, gate constant broken, and weed smells at all hours. This place sells itself as a a high end spot and is it no where close. My first year I paid an amenity fee for valet concierge and other items that were never even put in place as it was still under construction but still had the audacity to raise the rent the following year. I never leave reviews but the fact they threatened to send collectors on me makes me feel the need to warn others.

Mr. Harutyunyan, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry that your stay at Reverie at River Hollow did not meet your expectations. After reviewing the move-out inspection, we find that the charges are justified. We've shared the... inspection photos via email with you for your reference. Per the terms outlined in your lease agreement, you must thoroughly clean the apartment, including doors, windows, furniture, bathrooms, kitchen appliances, patios, balconies, garages, carports, and storage rooms. Unfortunately, the pictures reveal this wasn't done, as there's clear evidence of trash left inside the apartment and inadequate cleaning.
Additionally, the carpet showed stains that could not be shampooed, which required replacement. Although we didn't charge the full replacement cost for the carpet, given its age of less than five years, we applied a prorated charge based on the remaining lifespan of the carpet.
