Love It Here!

I’d recommend these apartments to anyone!
The staff is so amazing and helpful. Sharon made my move to Houston much smoother than expected. Any concerns I’ve had, Vanessa handle professionally and quickly. Lilly is super sweet, I love how accommodating the office is. My friend used to live here, suggested this property and she’s moving back so that speaks volumes.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! You will regret it...

This property is a complete joke, especially compared to the price you pay. Elevator out in a 6-floor building for over 6 months now and counting. Cars are constantly being broken into...like 40-50 cars at a time. No security. Cannot wait to move out of this trash complex.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!

MOLD!! When leaving they don’t want to give you your deposit back! Corporate is unhelpful to resolve your complaints when management is ignoring problems.

Noise and safety problems

Don’t move here and I really regret about this. This nightclub will ruin your EVERYDAY sleep until 2am. Management doesn’t care. Calling police everyday but still have loud noise from the shouting DJ, they will turn back the music on after police leaves. The apartment is poorly noise sealing. Maintenance is still very slow, have been waiting for the fridge’s water dispenser to be fixed for two weeks, and still waiting. Elevator always broken down at least per month.

MOLD

MOLD. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. I wish I could give 0 stars. I deeply regret moving here. From day 1 it has been miserable. A new company took over and I should have ran for the hills when my lease had the name of the previous owners. Move in day, I didn’t get a packet nor a piece of paper, just keys. No welcome letter, no info about the property. A few days later, I was expecting a package. It’s arrived, but I could not retrieve it because I was not registered by the property for package... management, even though they insisted it was done. This opened a can of worms when I approached them to get access to my package. The property manager YELLED at me and told me that she was “helping with a new tenant and money was involved”, so she couldn’t assist me. Have a not paid for service? Come to find out, they had misplaced that tenants keys. She apologize after I refused to leave because of a failure on their part (the package contained my internet set up and I work from home). They then told me I did not have a package. I ended up calling the package concierge myself who told me I indeed had a package. I had to wait another day to plead with them to walk over and open the package locker. Talk about a waste of time. During this incident, I reported a horrid smell in my apartment, not once, but twice verbally. The leasing office suspected it was the water and asked that I let the hot water run for 15 minutes and open the windows. After going on a hunt because 6 burning candles could not mask the smell, I found MOLD. This mold isn’t contained, but on the baseboards and walls of the laundry room and closet. I suspected it was also in the room harboring the hot water heater that I do not have access to. Maintenance man came to “treat” and stated that it was from a old leak’s treatment that wasn’t finished, but “the paint looks good”. Why wasn’t the treatment finished? Why was I moved into a unit currently being treated for mold with my knowledge? In all honesty, this is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in and it can’t be blamed on previous management. With my current circumstances, I can not live in an apartment with recurring mold.
