I’ve enjoyed living here so far. The hallways, common areas, and the overall complex are very well maintained which i appreciate it! Maintenance request are handled fairly quick and the office team are easy to reach. No complaints.

I’ve lived at the Briarly going on 8 months now and I can say my experience has been wonderful! The ladies in the office are super sweet and communicative. There’s been a few issues here but nothing major just small kinks that are expected at a brand new property. Overall beautiful place, convenient location, and friendly staff.

I’ve lived here for 6 months and in that short time I’ve watched a rapid decline in the conditions of this complex. The root cause is clear: inefficient, careless management.
Management seems more concerned with fabricating glowing Google reviews than addressing the serious issues residents face daily. It’s easy to tell which reviews come from actual residents and which are staged.
Nothing about this place is “luxury” — it’s just a marketing buzzword they use to lure people in. Here’s the... reality:
Security: Package theft is rampant. Car break-ins have already happened. The garage door was left wide open for nearly a month. To top it off, security does not stay here every night now, I have only seen them on weekends.
Cleanliness: Residents have repeatedly complained about pet waste in the garage. It was ignored until it dried up and got spread around by cars and foot traffic — disgusting and unsafe.
Amenities: Elevators have been down for over a month. The package room was out of service as well. EV chargers, which were a major selling point for me, still haven’t been installed despite 6 months of “end of the month” promises.
Lease Violations: Management entered my unit for FOUR HOURS without permission, despite me explicitly telling them not to. The lease is clear — they can only enter in emergencies and must leave a notice, which they failed to do. When I raised attention to this breach, they proceeded to ignore me every time they saw me.
Priorities: Instead of fixing these serious issues, management decided to throw a pool party to distract residents. Tone-deaf doesn’t even begin to describe it.
This building is not luxury living — it’s a case study in mismanagement. Until ownership replaces the current management team with professionals who respect residents and their lease agreements, this place will continue its rapid decline.

All the elevators in this building have been down for over 30 days with no expected fix time. Despite my daughter raising valid concerns to management, including the accessibility needs of her service dog, they refused to let her move to a 1st floor unit. They told her to “carry her dog upstairs,” rather than offering an actual solution.
There are multiple unrented 1st floor units available, but management has been unwilling to accommodate the issue, even though elevator access was an... expectation when my daughter signed the lease. With this, along with ongoing safety concerns (including a robbery while security cameras were down), it’s no surprise that occupancy is so low.
I sincerely hope she can avoid moving into a unit that is now inaccessible and unsafe. I would caution others to consider more reliable properties.
