New Management New Owners

The Management and Owners are doing a really good work in flipping this property. I have never seen a company actually care so much about their residents that they are willing to do so much for their residents to not only love but be happy to call this place HOME. So many new changes to come and for the better. Let’s not forget about The Maintenance Team, they are doing an excellent job in keeping the property clean and working residents work orders.

worst pace to live

this place and the people who work here are a joke,if you like liars,roaches,black mold rats,shootings and murders then this is the place for you otherwise, please run people run

Horrible Management

I have been diligent in making sure that my account is up to date, now out of the blue I got a notice on the 21st of February saying I have a balance. I got to the office will ALL OF MU RECEIPTS, to be told that the charge was sent in from Corporate and that I was NOT able to retrieve a copy of my ledger. Unprofessional in the fact that they will blatantly lie, try to keep you from having the proper information to call corporate. Worst apartments in Houston.
