The overall cleanliness of the property (specifically the parking garage) is well below average to poor. The management staff needs to hire someone to pick up litter on a regular basis.
The next item that Memorial by Windsor needs to address is the elevators. They only recently are all working, but the cleanliness and appearance of the elevators is poor.

Windsor Memorial is my home! I feel safe and everyone is very positive, friendly and helpful. The gym has great equipment and the pool side with BBQ grills is fab.
My view is spectacular and calming.
This is the place to live.

I have had the best experience living at Windsor memorial. I have never felt so at home in an apartment community before. I am always greeted with the friendliest smiles walking in and out of the building.

This is my first time living here and I like it because at least I like to take walks and being close to the bayou is great. I like the unit that I am renting and would love to see if the building can do things such as freezing rent cost if I make payments ahead.

Windsor Memorial is the only apartment building in Houston, TX located in the epicenter of the city with unobstructed views all around. The building is within a 15 minute drive of all the best spots in Houston, and most importantly it is a 10 minute drive to downtown. The management team is dedicated to forming meaningful relationships with residents in addition to supporting their every need on a daily basis. Not to mention, the building welcomes a diverse group of residents -- ranging across... several ethnicities, age groups, and families.
