    Good reviews are fake!

    These good reviews are fake! Not only do I know they fake reviews but they just don’t care about their tenants! Find somewhere else..there are a lot of options better than these apts I promise you!! They act like they care just to get you to sign the lease but once you do they don’t care AT ALL! Stephanie is the head manager and she is extremely rude and entitled. They will get onto you about the smallest of things but don’t do their part as owners to respect the needs of their renters. A/C unit… broke and my electrical bill was so high, no one cared to compensate. Instead I was directed to their legal team to resolve this matter. They previously have request me to make a copy of a key for them to have because they broke their own copy. Like what a freaking joke they are. They want me to pay for a copy of a key for them because of their negligence but send me over to their legal team when I’m asking for compensation on a matter that is their fault. They are spending money renovating the apt complex but they need to do some soul searching and renovate their attitudes and willingness to protect their tenants! WHO I SHOULD SAY PAY THEIR BILLS! Karma is real and I do believe that everyone here will get their end of it. Grant is the only good thing about these apts! Me and my boyfriend always have the best interactions with him, you can tell he genuinely cares, even if it’s just an apology or listening to tenant concerns he does it all with kindness and respect. If you’re reading this grant, you deserve better!! I hope you find it!
