TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE
The lowest I can give here is 1, but it deserves Zero Stars. I was a tenant for 6 months before I moved out of state. It was the worst experience from day 1. First, the apartment they showed and the one they gave me one day before I moved in are different. It was not ready and moldy, the floors had been damaged, had a terrible curry scent was soaked in every inch of the paint and the bathroom was a disaster. Then they offered the furnished one they showed but at an extra cost. Then the rats (I... caught 8 of them in the garage) and roaches in the operable garage door were daily events. When you call them no one ever answers. I had to leave the office on several occasions so I could catch them during their operation hours. Moving out they informed me of the total charges I was to pay which I paid. Then they added extra charges after I moved out and had no connection to the city. Accidentally learned the extra charge and I was not offered an online payment option. I asked a friend to physically hand the money order to them but now they claim they never received it and sent my file to collection and ruined my credit history. Especially the Manager is the worst that I have seen. If you plan to move in, I say think twice. TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE
