I have loved living at Lakeshore lofts for the past two years. The complex and surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful, the staff is responsive, and the amenities are wonderful. I recommend Lakeshore Lofts to any of my friends that are considering the Las Colinas area.

Top Notch!

We just moved to IMT Lakeshore Lofts and the experience has been phenomenal!

Tina, Sharon and Savannah are fantastic - I didn't work with the other leasing agent but I'm sure she's great too!

I had been working with Tina for a couple of months on finding the right place for us and she was so kind, patient and just wonderful!

When we moved in, everything was super clean, parking spaces were ready, fobs and keys ready .

The apartment, with it's hugely high loft ceilings, is spacious, open... and cozy - it felt like home from the moment we walked in the door.

The property is super well maintained, nicely landscaped and quiet. So far, we have not had any issues.

We are happy to be here and looking forward to being here for many years!

Plantation Living Surrounded by Construction

Surrounded by Construction on all corner's. Poor attitude of leasing staff . Elevator out of orders bi weekly. Generally old and crummy.

Thank you for your review as we always value feedback. As you know the construction around us has nothing to do with IMT Lakeshore Lofts. The City of Irving has been working on an upgrade to the drainage system across the lake and also construction... across the lake which is causing some of the noise you may hear and of course there is a lot new apartment homes coming up in the area that we have no control over. In regards to the elevator being out bi-weekly, we have not had an elevator out in months so I am unsure of what issues you may be speaking of when you mention the elevators. Now, I will say if someone is moving in or out and they are holding the elevator open it can stall the elevator so maybe that could be what you are speaking of. If you are having issues with the leasing staff, I would like for you to give me a call and speak with me to go over those issues and why you feel this way. I am typically available unless I am on another call or out on property but I will return your call at as quickly as possible if I miss you as you are very important to me and I do want to resolve any issues you may have.
