So far so good. The apartment is nice but could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly before move in. Management/staff have been outstanding and responsive.

I have lived here for the past 4 years and management has continued to let the complex fall to disarray. The door handle to get into the mail room has been broken for months and is still not fixed. As a solution, they are leaving the front doors unlocked so that anyway can get into the complex without having to swipe in. Where is the safety in that? The trash room on the 4th floor is always overflowing and smells. I can’t remember the last time the carpets in our hallway were professionally... cleaned (there are pet urine stains all over the place). I don’t think management really cares as long as they get their rent checks. The price to live here doesn’t reflect the quality of the complex. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The maintenance team is very friendly and quick in action.
Cons:
The cleanliness of the entire building has came down. Hope the team will take good actions to keep the apartment and elevators clean.
