Overall for apartment living very quiet place to live. If you have any issues they respond very quickly. Very walkable area to shops and restaurants which is a big plus. Took away one star because despite numerous emails about regulations on being a smoke free community, nothing seems to get done very quickly and so residents should expect to deal with indoor weed or cigarette smells despite best intentions. You kind of get used to it but if you’re very sensitive or WFH you might have to find... ways to make your air fresher in your living space.

Great community in one of the best areas of Plano! It’s conveniently located near everything you need, with Legacy West just around the corner. The neighborhood offers easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment, making it an ideal place to live. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the amenities in the area are excellent. Whether you’re looking for great schools, parks, or a vibrant social scene, this location has it all. The convenience and overall quality of life here make it a fantastic... place to call home. Highly recommend for anyone considering a move to Plano!
