The Owner Isn't Friendly
The employees are nice and helped me a bit. But the Owner is very picky on situations. First day went in, the lady was really nice and all. I'll explain what my situation was:// I am currently working for Amazon, and I explained to them it was gonna be me and my boyfriend which would be here in May. Though he has no credit, no job, and no drivers license, I showed the lady the amount I make yearly or whatever, she told me that we should be FINE, ya know. I made enough to cover for him AND I. (I... think it was Ashley, can't remember). I have a credit history and I technically DON'T have a rental history but I was on the lease of a place I was at before here.// Ps. I wanna say though they never called back (as said further down) they themselves were nice. So I appreciate them as at least being a little helpful.
I understand my BF seeming a little sketchy, but I was told as I said, I could cover my bf and I. Now it took like a month or so just to find out i was denied. I gave them everything they needed, I called and I went there. When they said they'd call back, They never did.
The owner is the main reason for this, the first call I get from her, hearing her, she was using a rude tone which was unprofessional in my opinion. She started with the fact she couldn't approve of me. I asked her why and she said: "Because I said so" and then I asked again, she said "I don't have to tell you why." Then In another sentence said: "I don't have to tell you, all you need to know is I'm not gonna approve of you." Then I asked again because this was gonna be my first apartment, she just told me she didn't like my situation or we didn't fit her criteria or something. Wanted this place because it's closer to my job by 30 minutes but now I'm gonna have to drive an hour as I was approved by someone else. Thanks Sonterra
