New management sucks!
They change management AGAIN been living here for 3 yrs and I love our apartment(only reason we keep renewing) but this will be our last year due to office never answers their calls OR emails went up there to talk to them In person 40 mins before they close due that I couldn’t contact them and the office manager had already locked the doors and didn’t even let me inside the office and told me to check online their resident portal (which wasn’t working and I needed help) …told her I had a... maintenance problem also and she kept telling me to just check resident portal like hellooo isn’t that her job to help me instead of trying to dismiss me to close early she made me feel belittle and unwelcome in our own apartment complex please don’t move here if you want to feel at home
