I am extremely satisfied with my situation at CP Waterfront.This is my favorite of all my rental properties.The office staff are top shelf and always willing to assist.The maintenance crew are talented and friendly.I enjoy the property and being near the water.

CPwaterfront is a quiet place to live with great neighbors. Houston, Galveston and Kemah Boardwalk are all easily accessible. Love the area and have been here since 2017.

Peaceful and quiet community. Ten minutes to Kemah boardwalk. Ten minute ride to restaurants and the mall. Galveston is us just a short ride away.

The location is great. The maintenance and management are great. But the complex is old and landscaping, parking and foundation are not adequate.
