Everything has been wonderful. No complaints for me. Staff is wonderful. Maintence is helpful and wonderful. Security is great. Neighborhood is great. I really love it here.

I have lived at CP Waterfront since 2023 and it has been a wonderful experience. The property is clean and scenic , the staff is helpful and has events at holidays and special events to thank residence. The Fitness Center is up to date , clean and has a good view of Marina. The community is a close knit community. Also like the flexible payment.

CP Waterfront has been my home for 17 years. I have lived in 3 different units and they each have a unique, charming aspect to them. I adore the floor plan I have been in for the past 10 years. The convenience of the location is unsurpassed. The pet friendly environment was and is a big draw for me and many residents. It may not be the newest complex in the area, but it is by far one of the best. Another huge win for me is there are only 2 levels throughout the complex, instead of the 3 and 4... floors of the newer buildings. I also love the fact that on most occasions I am able to park directly in front of my apartment. The package lockers have had a few glitches, however the office has always been very supportive and helpful in resolving them. My only suggestion for the complex would be to upgrade the landscaping around the buildings to make them more attractive.
