The apartment is older but in good condition. Normally quiet here. Parking can be an issue if there are guests here.

CP WATERFRONT is by far the Best APT Complex I have lived in out of the many locations in which I have been a resident. The Grey Star management team is Grade A 100 above the rest. The office staff & maintenance team are always caring, on point & On top of any issues arising with the Community.
They are very proactive in maintaining & keeping a visually appealing property with a SAFE peaceful environment.

Great place to live! Friendly community, lots of events put on by the office, and very responsive maintenance team. I love the gym here and in the short time I've lived here, management already added to it. I hope the gym continues to improve!

This is a really beautiful place to live. The staff are generous with their help and time. The apartment walls are sound and very thick. Maintenance people are knowledgeable and quick to service. The knly issue i have is with a new puppy upstairs whose "mommy" hasn't had time to occupy his doggy brain yet not to bark whenever she leaves for work.
