the application process was easy and fast, the staff has been very friendly and helpful, the only reason why I score it a 4 is because of the noise coming from the AC unit, which can't be helped at the moment it seems.

Since moving in I have met some wonderful neighbors and some people who clearly the rules don’t apply to. I’ve been recorded by a man in the parking lot for parking in the handicap parking spot, when I’m handicapped with a placard, and reported to the office. He also reported me for backing in yet he also backs in and blocks the ramps and sidewalks but hay that’s ok. Ive gotten letters about management going to fine people about dirty porches but my view is of one of overgrown plants died... plants and trash. A maintenance order was placed in my apartment they didn’t fix anything just came in to snoop because I was reported falsely for having dogs. It’s been a lot for just one month. It’s like an attack on the new people. It’s not what I thought it would be. Thank you

I am sorry that you are having these issues. We ask that no one blocks ramps and/or sidewalks. We handle every call or issue as best we could. The dog, we had to address because we had reports that two dogs from that apartment were not picking up... after the dogs. We are on top of the pet owners that do not follow pet rule, but once again I am very sorry you feel like that.

I really love this apartment complex. The ladies in the office are the best in managing this place and dealing with residents. This is the nicest place I have ever been.
