Peaceful, great price, great amenities and amazing staff! Would recommend this place to look into for moving into! Being on the water, but not having to worry about flooding is a huge plus too!

It's a pretty good community. It's safe and the noise is minimal most of the time. The apartments are a bit older they don't have a lot of the upgrades that newer apartments have. And I think that the rent is a little high considering the age of the apartments. Maintenance is pretty good but it was better when we had the other maintenance guy that we've had forever I forget his name and the office staff seems nice but Jamie and Alyssa made it feel like home and they were so sweet and easy to... work with and I think that everyone that lives here misses them.

CP Waterfront is GREAT! They have been so helpful during all steps of apartment life. From moving in, to being a resident for a while, they are with you through it all! The staff, environment, and community are amazing as well. I highly recommend having them as part of your apartment experience!

CP Waterfront is a family oriented community. There is a quiet calm lakefront view that is amazing. The grounds are well maintained and the office staff are friendly and approachable.
