Haven at Mansfield Apartments

These apartments are so cheaply made that you can hear every single noise from your above neighbors. The apartment complex takes no responsibility for any of the mistakes they make and in no way try to make it up to their residents. Would not recommend living here. The price does not reflect what these apartments offer, and not in a good way. They charge too much for too little. The only positive is that the staff is very polite and do what they can to help.

Community is great so far there’s just not enough parking spots but other than that it’s a great apartment to live in! I love my apartment had a few minor tweaks but maintenance was on top of it!

I love living here! t’s not perfect, but the office is always in constant communication when things aren’t right (internet outages, elevator issues, power outages).

Other frequent electrical issues, the Haven is generally, a good place to live. I am however not pleased about how the staff handle resident complaints with levity. For months, I have talked and texted about excess noise from the resident directly above my apartment who I later found uses his/her apartment for routine exercise, running up and down at all times, instead of using designated Gym site in the complex. My resident stay has been great. I cannot complain. It just so perfect. The size is perfect, preparing me to buy a house. I think this was the right decision
