Save your money!
First of all the when I first moved here I thought this was a decent property but I was very wrong! The exterior: The outside lights didn’t work, I had to be bothering the maintenance guys to put new bulbs, which took some time. The outside gates are always broken. The pool is too small for the size of the this apartment complex. They also added a $10 amenity fee, which is stupid because the people who use the pool, don’t even live here, during the summer it’s packed and they don’t bother to... check who lives here and who doesn’t. They charge $30-$40 for covered parking, which is provided by some thin metal, and during the snow it fell on top of cars damaging them. There is always trash on the floor by the dumpster, not to mention dog crap all over the property. The interior: inside my apartment something is always broken every month, from the A/C to appliances, or the roof or pipes are leaking from somewhere. The manager lives on property and her apartment was flooded, no wonder she quit. They are always sending emails that they will be doing inspections because people are always smoking weed inside their apartments and I’ve smelled some just passing by on the outside. This place is not worth the price which keeps going higher and higher. They don’t care about tenant loyalty, they will raise your rent after the first year, I’ve heard other tenant’s stories and they all have experience the same as me. So don’t bother with this property, there are better options.
