Poor customer service and poor maintenance.
This apartment keeps on getting worse every day. I have been here for almost a year. The same thing that happened when I signed my first lease here is repeating. I decided to moved to three bedroom. I paid $600 for deposit two months before my moved date. The apartment was not ready and I moved in restroom not working, no lights bulb in the living room and many other things. When I complained in the office the manager understood with me BUT the other LADY(HER NAME NOT KNOWN) instead told me me... is not an emergency for a new apartment that I have just moved in? She speak to people without no single respect and I have been in the office and see her do that on multiple occasions. I have PICTURES of all the things that was bad in the apartment. The first time I move in a lot of things were still bad and until I moved out there have never been fixed. I paid $400 when I was moving into that incomplete apartment after missing my moved in date and I have moved out now and will be waiting to see what will happen to my $400
