These apartments are absolutely beautiful and affordable. The leasing team, especially Isabella is extremely approachable and informative. I'm glad I chose to live here.

Everyone was so helpful in assisting me with my new home. The complex is clean, quiet and comfortable. I love my view. Everyone in the office including Miranda helped me with all my questions with always a smile on their faces. They made my experience nice! Thank you, Moderno! Diana

Personally I have had issue after issue since I started living here. There has been multiple leaks in both units I’ve lived in. No one seems to be very responsive to those request. I’m ready for my lease to be up. If there was a way to leave earlier without repercussions I would.

Moderno is a great apartment complex with updated amenities and a mostly friendly community. Occasionally management might miscommunicate or take a little longer to respond on off days, but aside from that I would highly recommend living here.

Maintenance is not good and we pay for trash service and it doesn’t even get done half of the time. Completely ridiculous and over priced place to live…
