Came home after being gone a week. The ceiling was falling down from a water leak. There's black mold.

Nasty grounds, trash everywhere. I don’t even think there is maintenance here. You put a request in it’s automatically closed. Water cut off all the time, plumbing issues, electrical issues and roaches. You will pay for pest control but I have never seen them here. To treat anything , I’m embarrassed to live here.

I’ve lived in 3 units in this property. My last unit my pipes busted 4x and took them forever to fix the issue.
Corporate came and moved me to a different unit on the other side saying “this side doesn’t have many issues”
On Jan 25 I reported that I had a leak in my bathroom. Maintenance said it was due to a loose pipe under the sink then they said it was the faucet. Plumber came out and couldn’t find a leak but water was still leaking. I have mold all underneath my bathroom... sink. The siding was so soft from the mold you could push a hole through it. Nichelle sent maintenance out on March 13th and all he did was replace the side of the cabinet. The mold was never addressed. On March 14th Nichelles said maintenance would come on the 17th to remove the mold and fix the cabinet. Still no one came. I called office and Diane said Nichelle went on vacation and didn’t leave any instructions on fixing the issue while she was out. I went into the office yesterday and she constantly dismisses me (video attached) then later puts a violation on my door saying I was yelling and screaming which I wasn’t. Maybe frustrated but not yelling. Letter advised I can no longer come into the office. I’m so frustrated. I’ve been having headaches for a month straight and I’m sure it’s from the mold. My bathroom smells awful. I have now had mold for 2 months. I’ve never been late on my rent since moving here.
I don’t have the means to move and I just want my issue fixed. I’ve called and email the city and corp and I get no help. Nichelle is a horrible manager. Even the girls in the office says Nichelle doesn’t communicate with them and Diane encourages me to keep calling the city because there is nothing they can do. The water is off every week. They don’t fix anything they just put a bandage on the problem. I’ve spoken to ALOT of residents and we are thinking of putting together a group to address all of our issues. Some residents and myself are scared of retaliatory actions. Hopefully someone sees and can help get my issue resolved.

I have lived here about 4 months, and I will not renew my lease. There are maintenance issues. Air conditioning, water leaking into the apartment. Unprofessional office staff. I have never seen the manager. She hides out in her office. Closet flooding when it rains. Huge puddles of water when it rains. Had to wear rainboots to get into the apartment as the sidewalk completely floods. The grounds are dirty, and the parking lot dirty and muddy when it rains. People can't seem to put trash in the... trash cans. Not sure why the parking lot can't be cleaned, or power washed? They seem to keep the outside of the office clean and tidy with landscapers. I've lived here for a while now and I can't say I've enjoyed my experience. From the water pipes to consistently breaking amongst other things on the properly, to the next to no response on service request, and to now not willing to work the residents if they are late on rent. It's not only till I go to the front desk to tell someone I put a request in that someone comes the next day. You can put in 10 service request and no one will show until you make some noise about it. Then for as long as... I've lived here, the laundry mat has been down and out of service. To top things off the pools have always stayed closed and even when opened it would shut down shortly after. The list could really go on.
