Poor Quality
The windows are extremely drafty which is causing my electric bill to be through the roof. Items often easily break. Nearly impossible to get food delivered to your door.

Loved the look of these apartments, but unfortunately, I refuse to deal with the highly unprofessional leasing manager - after a scheduling issue (they didn't have any tour times available), they kept contacting me via phone call and email to reschedule. The staff we encountered in the office weren't very friendly or welcoming when we walked in - in fact, they seemed annoyed with us being there, and we were the ones having to try to awkwardly smooth it over and explain the situation. Once we... left, we decided we weren't interested based on this encounter. So after the 3rd time of being contacted, I replied to their email to let them know we did not have a great experience and were not interested anymore. Short and simple. In response, the leasing manager tried to assume the problem (it was incorrect), blame everyone except themselves for the problem they created, refused to apologize for any of it, and then proceeded to deflect when we tried to discuss the issue. Glad I dodged this bullet and glad the email exchange only reinforced the first impression. I had 0 intention of leaving a review or taking this any further until the email replies I received. If you're looking for a high caliber staff with great customer service, I'd start looking elsewhere.
And I'm aware that if they reply, there's a chance it'll be an attempt to deflect or spin the situation just like I encountered in the emails, which I'm okay with if it gives others a heads up on what to look out for. My only hope is that this review and the email exchange I had has some kind of positive impact on how they train their staff on professionalism and how they interact with people walking into their office. Hopefully current tenants and future potential tenants are treated more positively and professionally going forward.
