I love the diversity of age groups. Residents are very polite and helpful. This community is a wonderful place to live. The Management and Staff are lovely and so willing to assist residents. Also, I appreciate the security in living here.

The Kincaid at Legacy is a great apartment building/community. You get what you pay for here. If you want to pay less to live somewhere else, you should go there. The Management/leasing/Concierge and Maintenance staff are stable and knowledgable. The location is located in the heart of the Shops at Legacy/Legacy West. Accessible to the Dallas North Tollway, and SH 121, easy travel to both DFW and Dallas Love Field airports and Downtown Dallas. Good mix of all ages as far as tenants go. My... way of selling this place is "You get what you pay for."
