Deceitful Advertising
The staff, setting, property, and surrounding neighborhood are all great. maintenance issues are dealt with according to severity. However, the property is managed by a commercial property management business. Meaning, don't believe the base rent of the advertised property is what your rent will be. The base rent does not include the mandatory 150.00 monthly amenities fee, which includes paying for your uncovered "carport " parking. Seems like a money grab to charge a resident rent, and then... charge more to allow them to park on the property they are already paying rent for. Plus, if you are single living in a one bedroom apartment, a covered spot or garage is not an option. If you would like to pay for a garage, good luck. there is a waiting list because maintenance is using some of them as work shops and storage. Overall, it is a nice place to live, but be ready to spend more than advertised for the luxury of living here.
