I’ve had a wonderful experience living here, and I can’t say enough good things about the management team! Cambria was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly, making the rental process easy. Really appreciated the staff at the leasing office (Cambria, Nykolas, and Taylor) are friendly with a remarkable professional attitude. Keep up your fantastic job guys! It’s clear they care about the community they’ve built here, and I truly appreciate all of their efforts. The grounds... are clean and maintained, and the amenities are great. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I love living in these apartments, the staff are all really friendly and the complex is beautiful. The only thing is the cleanliness in the corridor. During trash days bags are being put in the corridor without the trash can, it makes it look trashy.

Very Professional and Informative!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Dom'onic recently at the Windsor West Plano community last week regarding an apartment, and to be honest I thought he was a manager at first because of the way that he carried himself, from the way he was dressed to his positive attitude. He greeted me right when I walked in with a smile, and his professionalism and confidence made me feel like I had come to the right place. His knowledge of the community and the area was impressive for someone who had only... been there two days at that. The community itself is just stunning, beautiful grounds, gorgeous gym..and that pool! I could swim in that pool for days!!

He answered all of my questions with ease and made the process fun and exciting even though I wasn't interested in touring. It was nice to see someone who is personable for once as he had answers to all of my questions without having to always ask someone else. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the people and the community. I was very impressed and grateful for his help as I am not used to apartments, so I needed a little help. I'm still deciding on what city to move to, though if it's Dallas, I will be calling West Plano home! Thanks, Dom'onic!
