Since I moved here it’s been great the office is great my neighbors are older and quiet and so sweet love them amenities the convenience of just having a gym in the apartments and maintenance so far has been great

Emerson at Red Oak is a fantastic community. We have plenty of amenities that make my stay here more pleasant. I personally enjoy my space and absolutely love the pool area.

I am never one to write reviews but this deserves it. From the very beginning we had the worst experience and have given this place multiple chances, when we move in they changed our unit last minute via email and the day we moved in it had apparently been changed back, that’s not even the worst part it is a LONG story. Week later our A/C goes out, mind you we were the first tenants in this unit. The A/C went out a second time in March, and here we are in April a month later and the A/C is out... again. I called the support line bc it is 80 degrees in our apartment but was told it’s not an emergency bc it’s not 85 degrees outside yet it is inside. Super upsetting no one has EVER made it right with us since the very beginning, never a courtesy half off NOTHING. By far the worst experience since moving in back in September, love the quietness and our neighbors but we will not be resigning our lease here.
