Deseo at Grand Mission Apartments

Since moving to DESEO, I’ve been less than impressed with my experience. To start, the apartment wasn’t clean upon moving in and two days of living here I found roaches(like the bug) in the kitchen and roaches (like the short end of a marijuana cigarette) under the built in desk. The inside of the apartment smelled like smoke. It seems like everyone on the property smokes pot, too. You can’t get the office to return an email or a phone call. No one cleans up after their dogs. People leave their... trash scattered around the outside of the dumpsters. Non-residents are parking in resident parking. The pool and surrounding amenities are closed by the county.

I have been here since March & I have nothing but positive experiences so far. The front desk is always very helpful & informative. I hate that the pool is closed & that the amenities inside close super early. By the time I’m off work, only the gym is opened. That’s the only negative I really have.

I’ve really been liking the safety this community provides, along with the nice area and closeness to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores!

The amenities are impressive, including a fitness center, pool, and communal lounge area, all well-maintained and easily accessible. The management team is friendly. The location is also a major plus, with convenient access to shopping, dining, and public transportation.
Overall, this apartment complex offers a great blend of comfort, convenience, and community. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a welcoming place to call home!

We are living 3 years in this apartment complex. First 1,5 years was wonderful. After that everything changed. Pool area is always mess, pool is dirty. The residents swim with clothes in the pool. Trash is messy. Parking lot, buildings smell always weed!
