Artessa at Quarry Village is in a very nice location that is accessible to the highway, airport, shopping, dining, golf and other forms of recreation.
Artessa @ Quarry Village has tremendous potential to be a luxury apartment residence when it is effectively maintained and properly secured.

Nice community, building, and location. Very poor leasing experience and unit condition upon move in. Has been much more difficult than it should be to fix these issues as well.

Great location and amazing views!
The complex is showing its age, but the management team is working on updates and upgrades.
Best location in town; close to downtown and the airport.
