Avoid unless your absolutely desperate

The worst run Apartment complex ever. Paid my rent in June using a money order for my full rent amount that was due gave it to one of the apartments complex employees she thanked me and took my payment. Fast forward to July. I try and pay rent on website wouldn’t allow me to pay online so got another money order and went to the office to pay again. Go to the office I’m helped by the very SAME lady that helped me the month prior. I give her my payment, as she’s apply the payment she states that I... have an eviction status because I didn’t pay my June rent. I explained to her that I did pay that months rent and she was the one who took my payment. She then went to talk to her Manager (Very Rude lady) I over heard their conversation the manager felt I was lying and what I was saying wasn’t possible. Lady who was helping me comes back to the office and tells me can’t do anything unless I provided a receipt for my money order. I retrieve the receipt for the money order, and was told they would get back to me “IF” they find it. They find the money order they lost but the Apartment Complex Manager who insinuated that I was lying did not apologize for their incompetence or for her being disrespectful. How does an Apartment Complex lose your rent payment and then try to evict you for it??????

Buildings looked decent enough for the price

Picked up an application and there was people on the office screaming about the a/c not working, having rats , their rent had been stolen lots of different people with different stores. I left and later on saw cops and Sure enough a drive by shooting shot up a car in the parking lot

HORRIBLE

If I wasn’t in a desperate need for residency I will not be here. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!These apartments are so disgusting trash everywhere. Office staff is horrible with communication. Also has and attitude when answering the phones. I’ve only been here for seven days there’s multiple problems wrong with my unit and they have yet to come look into it.

Strongly Recommend!!

The service is incredible! Fast application process! Management has been great with communication. Pricing is perfect for the area. I would recommend anyone to apply if actively looking.
