Pretty good apts overall I'm a first time renter on my own , not really much trouble here, and Alyssa is very helpful. The pool and the gym are pretty nice, but the gates are consistently broken only downside

Maintenance is lazy af … doesn’t respond to emergency requests 2 days no air conditioning and I have an infant . Moved in bedroom 2 smelled like smoke and many other discrepancies

Great complex to live in. Office staff are helpful and nice when I first applied. I was guided and was given a lot of information. Maintenance keep the complex looking nice and sharp. Would recommend.

I had a very great experience so far with Dalian. Very friendly staff Jeanette was such a great help she was very helpful kept me updated daily. Fast and easy application process definitely recommend. ??
