I've lived in this complex for a few years now and it is probably one of the best places I've ever lived in. Staff is amazing and very responsive. Also, if you're a foodie, you can't beat this location with the wide variety of eateries nearby and in the surrounding areas.

I really enjoyed the property. It was quiet and the neighbors seemed friendly. Deanna was beyond knowledgeable about the area and property. I honestly didn't want to go look anywhere else. The apartments are very nice inside. I like that they try to do things for the residents too. I will call when I'm ready to apply.

These apartments are described as "built in 2007" but they were built in 1984. They are almost 40 years old and it shows, big time. The management and maintenance folks are clueless and couldn't find their own backsides with both hands.
They are currently cutting down all of the beautiful, living trees for no reason.
We have had them "fixing" our apartment the entire time we've lived here (2 years). Water leaks from other units, electrical problems, constant hot water outages, foundation and... interior cracks, too many issues to list here.
When we complained about constant noise from the upstairs neighbors at all hours of the day and night we were told by the management to take it up with the neighbors personally. Ummm... yeah.
They do not enforce their own rules on people cleaning up after their pets. Dog excrement can be found all over the property.
The "maintenance man" showed up with a leaf blower when we reported our dryer vent being clogged. It took me pulling about 20 lbs of debris out by hand afterwards to get them to come back with a snake and actually clean the vent out.
Another "maintenance man" took a live outlet under our stove and placed it in a puddle of water coming from another unit and then blamed us when our electrical shorted out.
They charge "market value" for decrepit, substandard apartments.
I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I only gave it one star because zero stars was not an option. Avoid this complex at all costs.

While my apartment was nice in size 3bed 2bath I couldn't enjoy it because of the roach. Had to repeatedly call and ask for spray to get rid of the roaches but I didn't work. They want you to clean out the apartment (everything empty like when you first move in) in order for them to spray. Water is always being turned off for the whole day with no notice and there is no routine maintenance for air filters. The clubhouse has been in repair the whole time I lived there so we never even saw it and... overall these apartments are old and run down.

Thank you for letting us know your reasons for moving out of Plaza DeVille. I am sorry to hear you had a roach problem while living in our community. We have a contract with a pest control company and I will reach out and let them know their... product is not working properly. We most definitely had some issues with our water and have since replaced the units and everything is now working properly. We did our best to notify Residents in advance for when the lines were being replaced. It was an inconvenience, but necessary for the replacement. As far as your air filters, we try not to have unannounced maintenance in the apartments so we rely on the tenant to place a service call when they need filters replaced. We regret you moved out for these reasons and wish you the best of luck in your new home.
