Run, don't rent here!!

I have lived here since 2016, it has been a nightmare! We had gone through 20 managers, before it was sold. We have maintenance request forms dating back 5 years, nothing has gotten fixed. Management says they are not responsible for anything before they took over. We have: no smoke detectors, a refrigerator that doesn't work properly, a new dishwasher that never worked. It's just laziness on their part. No employees to get the job done. Wonder why?? We tried leaving, pandemic hit, and we are... still here 3 years later. Management makes promises they can't keep..

Where do they spend our rent money?

Since moving in, more and more problems are happening. Police are a constant, as are gunshots. The staff knows who these folks are but it doesn't matter since staff doesn't live here.

rosemont at millers pond

Ive lived here for 3 years and i love it no problems just little problems here n there we also got new managment who really care and get job done for the renters.
