The move in process was easy and quick. Everyone was very helpful. The property is well maintained, and staff is helpful. There was a couple of things that needed to get done to my unit even after moving in. They got it done so no biggie, but its things that should have been done before anyone moved in.

Living in this community has been a positive experience. From the moment I moved in, I noticed how well-maintained the entire property is.
When it comes to maintenance requests, the turnaround time is good. Any issue I’ve reported has been addressed quickly and efficiently, often within 24 hours. It’s reassuring to know that help is just a call or click away and that the team takes every request seriously.
The office staff are always available and responsive. Communication with residents is... good—important updates are shared clearly and in a timely manner through email and community boards.
As a dog owner, I especially appreciate the community dog park. It’s a generous size, clean, and well-kept, providing a safe and fun place for my pup to run around and socialize.
Overall, this community strikes a good balance between comfort, affordability convenience, and excellent service. It truly feels like home, and I’m glad to be part of it.

Living at San Miguel Apartments has been a generally positive experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and major roads. The community is usually quiet and feels relatively safe, which is important for day-to-day peace of mind.
The apartment layout is functional, with decent natural lighting and spacious rooms, though some fixtures could use modernization. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner for the most part, and the front... office staff are courteous and helpful when issues are brought to their attention.
One of the best features is the community amenities—especially the pool area and fitness center. Parking availability is decent, although it can be a bit competitive during peak hours.
There are a few areas that could be improved, such as better pest control and more frequent upkeep of the outdoor common areas. Still, overall, San Miguel Apartments offers a comfortable and affordable place to live.

Its a nice place to live most of the employees are great and respond in a timely manner. I know it's not easy to control security concerns but we do have suspicious people dressed in hoodies walking around in the early morning hours and my storage unit was broken into to. They claim they have security but never seen them.
