I’ve had a great experience living at San Miguel Apartments. The community is well-maintained, and the landscaping adds a nice touch. The apartments themselves are spacious, with modern appliances and plenty of natural light. The management team is responsive and helpful, always addressing maintenance requests quickly.

The location is also a huge plus—close to shopping centers, restaurants, and public transportation. Parking is usually available, and the neighborhood feels safe and quiet.... Amenities like the pool and fitness center are well-kept and make for a convenient lifestyle.

While no place is perfect, and occasional noise from neighbors can happen, overall, this is a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. If you’re looking for a well-managed, conveniently located apartment, San Miguel Apartments is a great choice

Love the community.Me and my family feel extremely safe in the area. Schools are not to far. Near by establishments are well taken care of and not too busy

I have lived here for about a year and I just love it! The company as a whole are so nice and friendly. The apartment complex is beautiful. They keep up with the maintenance outside to make sure it stays nice. Very safe environment and the pool is a plus! With palm trees around it and a grill for public usage.

I was ok, not happy anymore. New neighbor is loud. There is only one person up there and they are louder than the family that was there before them.

Service calls have been very prompt. Neighbors are generally respectful. I rarely hear my neighbors. Pet owners are responsible. I have yet to see poop anywhere.
