I will be moving until next February but from what I've seen so far we can't wait to start living in San Miguel and get to know the surroundings.

San Miguel floor plans are very beautiful, big and I like the layout. The bathtubs are huge and the washing machine and dryer is inside the apartment which makes it easier to assess

I love it so far! The only gripe I have is that the walls are pretty thin and I unfortunately have neighbors that love to blast their music at all hours, but everything about my apartment itself and the complex are amazing!

The complex is well maintained and the apartments are great square footage for the price. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues and the front desk is always very helpful. We live on the third floor and have not had any issues with bug infestations or mold. We called the front desk as soon as we spotted a bug and they sent someone from pest control right away and we haven't had issues since. Some cons is that the water is very hard and will leave build-up on everything, I would recommend... getting filters for the showers and sinks. Our apartment is also not updated and is showing some wear and tear as the buildings are older. Parking can be kind of tricky depending on where in the complex you live as some of the buildings don't have a ton of spots nearby. Overall we really like living here, we love our space and are appreciate the support of the team here.

Not a bad place to live. It’s centrally located from most San Antonio areas, so that’s nice. The gym is a nice size also. The renovations are nice.
