ROACH INFESTATION!!!!
One or two roaches every once in a while doesnt seem like a big deal to most people, but this place literally has a roach infestation to the point where there is about 20 roaches in the apartment at once, LITERALLY EVERY DAY!! Its absurd and it seems like calling a maintenance request for pest control doesn't do anything to prevent the roaches from coming back.

AVOID THIS PLACE AND RUUUUUUUUUN!
It's funny that I don't even have to post anything except.....walk around the apartment complex without a manager or anyone from the office. Before you even talk to them, walk the property and see for yourself. The pictures they post are old. It does NOT look anywhere near that. This complex IS THE MOST dangerous place to live! Don't believe me? Call SAPD Prue Road. Ask them. Or you can just google 3400 block of magic drive SWAT stand-off and that is a normal day. I will post pictures...the real... pictures as many times as it takes. Oh and there is not a single apartment locator in San Antonio that will send you there! Let that sink in.

Avoid at All Costs
0 stars should be available for leavengroup, the current owners. I've been here over 2 years. Bug infested first off. Washers broken for months on end. Most importantly, life is too short to have to worry about your mail. Mailboxes broken, and they refuse to remedy the problem. (my box had door just broke off currently). They promise, promise, promise, and Lie, Lie, Lie. As I understand it, this group, like most greedy apartment complex owners, come in and do some cosmetic stuff, sell out and... move on, like the roaches they are. Even if you're looking for a bus line, like I was, avoid this at all costs.
