Overall great apartment complex with friendly staff. The apartment garage has had some ongoing security issues with numerous car break-ins over the past few months.

Tin Top Flats has been my favorite place to call home of all my apartments! It is the first “luxury” style apartments I have experienced that actually lives up to its luxury name. The amenities, service of the leasing professionals, responsiveness of maintenance, and community events cannot be beat! I will miss living here when I have to relocate next. Overall, it is a nice brand new apartment with a great location next to the creamery and pearl. The highway is loud so I recommend a unit not facing the highway unless the noise doesn’t bother you. The windows are not the best quality and the walls are thin (just like most apartments) so the noise is my only major complaint. There’s always plenty of parking in the garage and the residents here are very nice!

Great communication, wonderful amenities, and the location is perfect!
There’s some safety concerns with cars being broken into frequently, however likely because in a major city and important to stay vigilant. The building itself is great

Overall, really good experience. There have been a few issues with the garage. Specifically, someone ran into the gate and it took forever to get the gate fixed. It definitely caused a security issue.

My biggest complaint is the mail room. It is a nightmare. Rather than an Amazon locker, it's a giant free for all. Sometimes it takes over 40 minutes to find your package. It is truly maddening. An Amazon locker would be so simple and make everyone's life better.

The best part of an Amazon... locker is packages are automatically picked up by Amazon if left for too long.
