If I could give this place negative stars I would. When I lived there it was nothing but trouble. My move in date was delayed the moment I arrived. Since my unit wasn’t ready, had no ac and was filthy. Every time I submitted a maintenance request, it wasn’t fulfilled. Took them 6 months in order to get me a working toilet and the whole time I had lived there they didn’t even bother to fix the lights I asked them too in my building. Every time the ac had gone out it took at least 6 phone calls in... order to get someone out. Upon move out I cleaned my unit and since I didn’t submit a receipt from a professional cleaner assumed I didn’t clean it and charged me for the cleaning. Like did y’all even walk the unit!! The only thing I enjoyed living at the lodge was the bus stop got moved halfway through my stay to right in front of the lodge.
