I would RUN not walk... RUN the other direction
The compassion the staff has for future tenants is absolutely ridiculous. This is my experience and MINES only but I would not recommend. I had another complex in mind but they were still not ready, and my lease was up so I was last minute looking for a place to stay. Natalia was a sweetheart she understood my frustrations and advised it would be a 48 window which was fine. When I called to check the status Melissa answered she seemed to be annoyed with my questions however that didn't matter to... me I was trying to ensure I had a place to stay. I went up there and was greeted by someone else her name started with an S. On the tour she advised me that it was not her fault that the initial apartments were not open in time for me to move in. I advised her I did not state it was her fault I asked when I would have an approval. She said she needed the managers approval I again asked when that would be because I needed to be out of my current residence the next day, she stated she didn't know she would shoot for the EOD. I left frustrated as ever. After leaving I received an email stating they needed additional proof of income. I complied. They then stated I needed a roommate. (I gross over 3xs rent by myself) I then asked for a refund they stated they don't allow refunds. I just contacted my bank and I am allowing them to figure it out. Staff was very unpleasant to say the least. I ended up going with another complex which cost more and was approved the same day. I should've read the reviews initially because it seems as though this has happened before. I'm glad that it all worked out. THIS WAS definitely NOT THE APARTMENTS FOR ME!
